Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide using Colissimo, the parcel service operated by La Poste (the French postal service), or DHL. For countries outside the European Union, please note that customs duties, import taxes and other charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Will I receive a tracking number for my parcel?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your parcel tracking number by email.

Do you have size guide?

Do you offer junior sizes?
Yes, we offer junior clothing sizes for children aged 4 to 12. For older children, our adult sizes start at XS. We also offer junior sizes for accessories, including captain’s armbands, scarves and boot bags.
Can I mix sizes within the same order?
Absolutely! You can mix sizes within the same order, whether you are ordering football shirts, shorts or tracksuits. This allows each player to receive garments that fit them properly.
You can also choose different sizes for the same player’s shirt and shorts, or for their jacket and tracksuit bottoms.
For accessories, you can also mix different sizes within the same order.
Do women’s football shirts and tracksuits have a different fit from men’s styles?
Yes, our pattern-making team has developed a women-specific, slightly fitted cut for our women’s football shirts.
Production
Will I receive a proof of my personalised product before it goes into production?
Not necessarily. If you created your design directly using our online customiser and no additional approval is required, that design will be used as the production reference. Simple adjustments may also be made directly by our team without sending a new proof. A revised proof will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp only when the requested changes require your approval.
If you would like to review and approve a proof yourself before production begins, please request this in the “Special Instructions” field when placing your order.
What fabric are your football shirts made from?
Our football shirts are made from a microfibre fabric called Drysport. It is a lightweight and durable 145 gsm performance fabric specifically designed to provide comfort and performance during sporting activities. It offers excellent breathability while ensuring long-lasting durability.
What fabrics are available for tracksuits?
For our tracksuits, we offer two fabrics:
- Lightweight fabric (165 gsm polyester): ideal for training and high-intensity sporting activities, this fabric provides excellent freedom of movement and breathability. It is perfect for warmer weather and for players who prefer a lighter feel.
- Heavier fabric (277 gsm polyester): this fabric provides better thermal insulation while remaining flexible. It is recommended for colder conditions and for players looking for greater warmth and protection from the cold.
Whichever fabric you choose, both provide excellent resistance and durability while ensuring optimum comfort.
What personalisation techniques do you use?
To personalise football shirts and bags, we use sublimation printing. This technique provides virtually unlimited colour options and produces high-quality prints with precise details.
For tracksuits, we use high-quality heat-transfer vinyl and DTF printing.
Club logo embroidery is also available as an optional extra for all products.
Which file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept almost all common file formats: PDF, PSD (Adobe Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), PNG, GIF, WebP and JPG, preferably in high resolution. Our graphic designers will prepare and optimise your logos to ensure the best possible result on your personalised products.
Can our club logo be embroidered?
Yes, we can embroider your club logo on our products. Embroidery adds a premium finish while providing excellent resistance to washing and wear. Club logos are generally embroidered on the left chest at approximately 7 cm wide.
Can players’ names be added to football shirts and tracksuits?
If you design your football shirt using our online customiser, you can enter each player’s name, number and size before confirming your basket.
If you order your football shirt using our form, select the “Player Name” option in the section dedicated to personalisation. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a team roster form where you can enter each player’s name and size.
Payment and Invoicing
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, securely processed through Stripe and Systempay.
Bank transfer: our bank details will be provided when your order is finalised.
Are payments on your website secure?
We take every precaution to ensure the security of your online payments. We use two trusted payment providers, Stripe and Systempay, both of which comply with the strictest security standards, including PCI DSS. Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption and reinforced by 3D Secure authentication. Your card details are never stored on our servers, and our payment partners provide robust fraud protection.
