Return Policy

At Ekipazo, each product is made to order and 100% customized according to your specifications. Due to the unique nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in exceptional cases. However, we are committed to providing the highest quality and resolving any issue related to a clear and obvious error.

Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing error: If the received product does not match the details validated in your order (model, size, marking, etc.).
  • Defective product: If the product has an obvious manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
  • Clear color error: A manufacturing error concerning colors is considered only if the obtained color clearly and obviously differs from the requested one. Example: yellow instead of blue.

Regarding colors based on color codes provided by the customer, we do our best to reproduce the requested color as closely as possible. However, due to the limitations of manufacturing processes and differences in display between screens and printing media, there may be slight color variations. For reorders or reprints of an order, there may be slight differences in tone due to technical adjustments or changes in production batches. These minor color variations cannot be considered as a manufacturing error.

Claim Process

  1. Contact us with your order number, a precise description of the issue, and photos of the product clearly showing the error or defect.
  2. Review of your request: At Ekipazo, we have implemented the VAR Guarantee (Validated and Approved or Remade) to ensure your total satisfaction. Our sales team will schedule a video call with you to analyze the problem with fair play (e.g., a size error, an incorrect letter in a name, etc.). Non-eligible products

Due to the full customization of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  1. Change of mind after order confirmation.
  2. Incorrect choice of size, design, or colors after the order has been confirmed.
  3. Slight tone differences during reorders or reprints.
  4. Improper use or care (see our washing guide for recommendations).
